12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome to the Honeybearz Designs 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop!  I'm so honored to be a Guest Designer representing the Design Team for Cuddly Cute Designs for this spectacular and festive event!

This hop began November 24th and will run through December 5th. There will be new postings each day by 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, and this hop will be full of wonderful ideas and inspiration.  This is an awesome way to see some beautiful Christmas cards, scrapbook layouts, and home decorations all made by some very talented ladies.  And who knows, you may even be inspired to create something using a new technique that you have never tried before!  As stated above, there will be a new project posted each and every day by all the wonderful  amazing ladies in this hop. Also each day there will be a guest designer or two for you to visit.

You should be arriving from the the talented Haidee's blog. If so, GREAT; if not, then you will want to start at the very beginning.  Please check out the bottom of my blog for a complete list of the hop line-up.

For my project today, I'd like to share a one-page scrapbook layout that I've titled "Cookies For Santa".

For this layout I used the new Pudgie Palz-The Claus' file and also elements from the "Baked With Love" collection, all by Cuddly Cute Designs.  The Pudgie Palz files are all so fun and easy to cut out and assemble, and there is a really fun variety of Pudgies -- something for everyone!  I designed my own title, and my little gingerbread cookies that Mrs. Claus has "baked" are actually some cute little brads I had on hand that I purchased from Queen & Co.

Here is a closer look at the paper piecings:

I designed my own title and gave it a shadow for extra "pop".

Aren't Santa and Mrs. Claus just the cutest?  These Pudgie Palz make you just want to pinch their cheeks, don't they!  LOL ...

This is a close-up of my gingerbread cookies (brads) and my cookie sheet, mixing bowl, mixing spoon and rolling pin which are from the "Baked With Love" collection by CCD.

If you'd like to see these paper piecing patterns and more, you can click HERE to go to the Cuddly Cute Designs website.

I hope you enjoyed my 12 Days of Christmas Hop project today and I'd like to thank you for hopping by!

Your next stop is with MADGE.

    1. Thank you Mary! I saw where you contacted Tami at Cuddly Cute Designs. We do have png files with most cutting patterns and also regular piece patterns to use on your own cardstock/paper. We have several ladies who don't own cutting machines either and they make some adorable projects with our CCD files -- and welcome to Cuddly Cute Designs!

    1. You crack me up Nadia! Thank you for your sweet comments -- the little cookies are actually brads that I purchased from Queen & Co. a couple years ago. I honestly almost gave up on making this layout BECAUSE of not being able to make some tiny little "cookies" and then remembered I had those brads in my stash. Worked like a charm LOL!
